The Promenade is a 75-acre retail development in North Scottsdale. JRC was asked to design second phase monuments, vehicular and pedestrian directionals, regulatory, three-level parking garage, and two Class A office building/corporate center exterior and interior standards. Phase One project identification monuments were redesigned to match the the new retail phase and included retro-fitting light standards for pedestrian directionals.
