Environmental graphic design package for over 75 acre commercial center adjacent to the I-10 freeway.

The project included the development of the project logo and comprehensive exterior signage package. Signage design included main entry low profile, landscape wall monuments, multi-tenant pylons, 80 foot tall freeway project identification and major tenants, and building criteria and tenant signage standards.
