Grigio Metro
Comprehensive exterior and interior signage and graphics system for a 408 apartment residential/mixed use development wrapped around 300 car parking structure for residents and Valley Metro Rail riders. With half of the garage used as an official park-and-ride facility for Valley Metro, design solutions had to be created to ensure a level of continuity with other park-and-ride locations along the light rail corridor, while maintaining the unique look that is Grigio Metro.
