Pinnacle Peak

160 acre residential/mixed-use project located along the scenic corridor in North Scottsdale. JRC design provided programming for the main thoroughfares of the site and developed a community sign district/master sign program to set the theme for the signage throughout. Sign designs included primary and secondary entry monumentation, directional signage and temporary marketing elements. Guidelines for parcel identification were created specific to each intended use.
