Lucy came to work with JRC Design in 1994, stepping down as Vice President of a national insurance brokerage firm where she was responsible for managing all contracts and employees for California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Hawaii. With this extensive experience in the fields of insurance, contracts, human resources and business management, Lucy is the support arm for the business. Lucy oversees and manages project budgets and the design team in tracking hours and expenses to ensure client budgets are maintained. She is also responsible for all implementation and invoicing on each client ' s contractual terms, accounts receivables and payables.
